The Associate Director, Global Marketing Analytics will play a critical role in deploying, embedding, and evolving the Kraft Heinz Brand Growth System to transform the business and reach our growth ambition. This role is essential to achieving our Kraft Heinz strategic growth ambitions by driving relevance and love for our core brands. Our Brand Growth system is a globally consistent approach to systematically and consistently identify and deliver on growth opportunities - with less siloed, more agile and collaborative ways of working. The Associate Director will be responsible for the deployment and embedment of the Brand Growth System to drive growth of Kraft Heinz Core Brands. This includes pilot project management, coaching, and leadership where applicable, as well as the development of content to guide pilot team work sessions. The role also involves strategic facilitation of cross-functional pilot team work sessions and synthesizing recommendations to guide final action plans. Additionally, the Associate Director will enable strategic brand planning using BGS frameworks and embed BGS into ways of working, driving ongoing alignment within the global organization in close collaboration with strategy and finance. The position will also consult with and support brand and cross-functional teams as they apply BGS to their businesses, ensuring that the Brand Growth System is embedded into the ways of working at Kraft Heinz as teams build and work on growth plans and systematically track results. Leadership of key analytic tool development and connectivity with the offshore analytics team is also a critical component of this role, along with the continued development and evolution of the Brand Growth System Playbook, in partnership with key subject matter experts across Kraft Heinz. This includes codifying learnings from pilots and embedding them into the Playbook with tools and templates.

Responsibilities

  • Drive deployment and embedment of the Brand Growth System to enhance growth of Kraft Heinz Core Brands.

  • Facilitate strategic cross-functional pilot team work sessions.
  • Synthesize recommendations to guide final action plans.
  • Enable strategic brand planning using BGS frameworks and embed BGS into ways of working.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment within the global organization on the annual planning cycle in a BGS-enabled way.
  • Consult and support brand and cross-functional teams in applying BGS to their businesses.
  • Embed the Brand Growth System into the operational processes of Kraft Heinz as teams build and track growth plans.
  • Lead the development of key analytic tools and ensure connectivity with the offshore analytics team.
  • Continue the development and evolution of the Brand Growth System Playbook, codifying learnings from pilots.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in a strategic insights/consumer research role, preferably at a CPG manufacturer, or 10+ years with a combination of supplier & manufacturer-side insights experience showcasing increasing responsibilities and scope.
  • Strong CPG business knowledge across multiple functional areas and a track record of leveraging data and insights to build effective brand strategy and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication, strong organization, and presentation skills (written, oral, and across Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Experience working with both primary and secondary data sources.
  • Proficient in syndicated research tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, Mintel, etc.).
  • Ability to distill insights and drive impact into an organization, bringing the consumer to the forefront.
  • High level of tolerance for working in ambiguity, leading change, and inspiring change management.
