Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic counsel to the leadership team and staff on communications best practices and strategy development.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure alignment between communications initiatives and business objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for corporate and project advisors to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
  • Lead engagement with external stakeholders to maximize brand exposure and collaboration opportunities.
  • Oversee relationships with external suppliers, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet strategic objectives.
  • Drive the development and execution of internal communication, media, and PR activities aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Direct the implementation and evaluation of corporate communications and external engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality publications.
  • Experienced in writing B2B content for various mediums.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, including social media channels and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the international development sector preferred but not essential.
