About the position

The Customer Experience and Marketing Excellence (CEME) organization, which was launched in early 2021, has recently integrated into the larger HH Data, Digital & Analytics Organization. This integration aims to accelerate commercial transformation by modernizing customer engagement through data-driven insights. The organization is committed to driving innovation, growth, and productivity by leveraging digital and data capabilities. The overarching goal is to double the speed, impact, and efficiency of customer engagement over the next three years. The HH Data, Digital & Analytics organization is composed of a diverse team with varied backgrounds and skillsets, including leaders with extensive experience from both within the company and from other large organizations and startups. The team possesses deep expertise in modern marketing, strategy, agile leadership, automation, and omnichannel marketing, among other areas. In this role within Global Branding and Content Development, the focus will primarily be on Human Papillomavirus (HPV), although responsibilities may extend to other therapeutic categories. Daily tasks will encompass brand building, creative development, and communication strategies, as well as leading the creation of core digital content that aligns with the commercial strategy and enhances the customer experience for key global brands. Key responsibilities include advancing digital content capabilities, identifying new opportunities for promotional and medical education content, and collaborating with Global Medical Affairs to ensure consistent educational information is provided to customers. The role also involves managing agency relationships, overseeing the development of promotional and medical education content, and integrating insights from scientific leader engagements to refine the Scientific Platform. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies throughout all activities.

Responsibilities

  • Brand building and creative development for key global brands.
  • Leading the development of core digital content aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Advancing digital content capabilities and innovative approaches to promotional and medical education content.
  • Driving measurement and improvement of the effectiveness of promotional and medical education content.
  • Collaborating with Global Medical Affairs on medical education content development.
  • Managing agency partner relationships and overseeing day-to-day agency management.
  • Partnering with creative agencies to develop promotional and medical education content for healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Integrating learnings from scientific leader engagements to inform content development.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams including Global Marketing, Promotion Review Team, and Global Market Research.
  • Creating opportunities to experiment, test, and learn in content development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry marketing/digital marketing/market support/sales functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing execution and customer analytics.
  • Strong leadership mindset and behaviors, including teamwork and urgency.
  • Astute business and analytical skills to synthesize complex scientific data into content.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, such as L3 (Listen, Lead, Learn).
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and agency/vendor management.
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Therapeutic knowledge of hospital acute care, cardiovascular, or vaccines categories.
  • Experience with product/new indication/market event launches.
  • Experience in HCC content development and promotion.
