The Customer Experience and Marketing Excellence (CEME) organization, which was launched in early 2021, has recently integrated into the larger HH Data, Digital & Analytics Organization. This integration aims to accelerate commercial transformation by modernizing customer engagement through data-driven insights. The organization is committed to driving innovation, growth, and productivity by leveraging digital and data capabilities. The overarching goal is to double the speed, impact, and efficiency of customer engagement over the next three years. The HH Data, Digital & Analytics organization is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets, including leaders with extensive experience from both within the company and from other large organizations and startups. The team includes experts in modern marketing, strategy, agile leadership, automation, marketing technology, commercial excellence, content creation, customer experience, and omnichannel marketing, including social media. In this role within Global Branding and Content Development, the focus will primarily be on HPV, although responsibilities may extend to other therapeutic categories. Daily tasks will encompass brand building, creative development, communication strategies, and leading the creation of core digital content (both promotional and medical education) that aligns with the commercial strategy and enhances the customer experience for key global brands. Key responsibilities will also include advancing digital content capabilities and innovative approaches to promotional and medical education content by identifying new opportunities, gathering input from key stakeholders, and operationalizing these ideas. The role will involve leading the development, planning, and execution of modular and omnichannel content for global markets, as well as driving the measurement and improvement of the effectiveness of promotional and medical education content and resources/programs. Collaboration with Global Medical Affairs will be essential for the development of medical education content to ensure that educational information is integrated and consistent for customers. The candidate will also partner with and manage agency relationships to achieve optimal outcomes, overseeing day-to-day agency management, leading discussions, providing feedback on ways of working, and ensuring that scopes of work align with brand strategy and needs. Additionally, the role will involve integrating learnings from scientific leader engagements and key scientific data to inform the development and refinement of the Scientific Platform, as well as aligning with Policy & Market Access initiatives to enhance content development. The candidate will be responsible for managing appropriate budgets and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
