About the position

The Associate Director of Marketing Communications at Verizon is responsible for leading a team that manages the planning, development, and execution of Mobile Acquisition marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to create effective marketing strategies aimed at growing Verizon's post-paid mobile base. The position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze campaign performance, and the capacity to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of marketing communications professionals in developing targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manage the planning, development, and execution of Mobile Acquisition marketing strategies.
• Interface with internal teams to establish acquisition strategies and tactical marketing plans.
• Develop effective creative briefs to guide agencies in creating impactful marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs for higher growth.
• Package strategies and results into professional presentations for communication to peers and executives.
• Develop end-to-end promotional campaigns including ideation, execution strategy, and campaign analysis.
• Manage advertising agencies and vendors, including briefing, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of relevant experience in marketing or military experience.
• Experience leading a team of skilled professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through multitasking and prioritization.
