About the position

The Associate Director, Marketing, HPV Scientific Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the HPV vaccine franchise, which is a key growth driver for the organization. This position is responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to enhance scientific understanding, advocacy, and activation for the HPV vaccine. The role involves collaboration with various teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and monitor the scientific landscape related to HPV.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and initiatives to drive scientific understanding and advocacy for the HPV vaccine.
• Collaborate with HPV Area Leadership Teams and Customer Agile Teams to identify scientific strategy opportunities.
• Create solutions, resources, and tactics to address identified opportunities.
• Monitor the HPV scientific landscape and develop plans to address opportunities and risks.
• Identify gaps in value evidence generation and work with CORE to generate supporting data.
• Represent the brand in LEAD labeling meetings.
• Lead congress strategy and coordinate the development of congress resources and activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to identify key stakeholders and develop resources to meet business goals.
• Participate in publications meetings and report relevant progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, sales, or business support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific issues into simple strategies and messages.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in navigating a highly regulated environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Vaccines.
• Familiarity with scrum and/or agile marketing principles.
• Prior scientific or medical education experience.
