About the position

We are seeking an Associate Director for our Oncology Business Unit, focusing on Lung Tumor Marketing. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a tumor level strategic plan for the US across and above lung cancer indications. You will be part of fulfilling our ambition to be world leaders in Oncology, delivering the value and potential of our game-changing pipeline! This position is based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus. As the Associate Director, you will develop plans and priorities across and above brand at the tumor level to ensure franchise success and launch readiness. You will lead workstreams to deliver OneLung targeting and reporting, align indication segmentation inputs, and assess channel effectiveness and KPI tracking to ensure resource maximization. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners for the development and executions of aligned lung cancer tumor strategy, capitalizing on cross-brand synergies.

Responsibilities
