About the position

The Associate Director, Marketing Program Management at LGC Clinical Diagnostics is responsible for leading marketing activities that support the company's diverse portfolio of products. This role involves collaboration with marketing and commercial teams to execute promotional and communication programs, manage digital and event marketing projects, and drive lead generation initiatives. The position also encompasses product development support, competitive assessments, and strategic channel strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective marketing performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing programs strategic plan and associated budget, aligned with assigned business objectives.
  • Support the team to implement and manage tactical marketing activities to achieve sales and profit goals for the product line.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and performance measurement of marketing programs for key campaigns and new product launches.
  • Support the creation of materials related to marketing projects including sales focus campaigns, product launches, and email campaigns.
  • Lead the team in continuous improvement in managing and delivering Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Employ market research tools to identify and interpret changing customer attitudes and needs.
  • Lead the monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting for team activities and marketing analytics.
  • Monitor competitive activity and maintain knowledge of current advances and technologies.
  • Exhibit a passion for customer relationships and support a positive communication environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology.
  • Solid understanding of marketing infrastructure, including enterprise-scale sales and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading development and execution of strategic marketing plans and sales campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the field of life sciences, medical devices, or biotechnology industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
