The Associate Director, Marketing at Razer USA Ltd is a pivotal role responsible for managing the Go-To-Market process for the Americas region. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including global marketing, business units, creative, sales, and finance, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive sales and enhance market share. The role emphasizes thought leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication to ensure alignment across stakeholders and successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-To-Market process for Marketing in the Americas region.
• Deliver a comprehensive sustained marketing plan and execution to impact sales and market share objectives.
• Provide thought leadership to the Americas marketing team for breakthrough marketing plans and execution.
• Lead the quarterly planning process ensuring alignment with key functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Units to execute campaigns from strategy to launch.
• Manage the process from briefing to execution, ensuring information flows between stakeholders including digital marketing, PR, channel marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Oversee the marketing budget process from planning to monthly closing with Finance.
• Manage KPIs and develop reporting that communicates marketing results.
• Identify opportunities to drive product growth and user engagement.
• Review business analytics to support recommendations on strategy and investment.
• Conduct competitive product and marketing analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years in gaming marketing or consumer marketing experience.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully executing go-to-market plans.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
