The Associate Director, Process Improvement - Telesales Stars Program position at Humana is a pivotal role that focuses on analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing business processes within the organization. In this role, the Associate Director will research best business practices both within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. This involves collecting and analyzing process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures that prioritize enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced costs. The position may require specialization in areas such as benchmarking, business process analysis and re-engineering, change management, and measurement, as well as process-driven systems requirements. The Associate Director will be tasked with making decisions related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within departments, and may lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates. The role also requires a commitment to continuously improving consumer experiences, making it essential for the Associate Director to be passionate about contributing to the organization's mission. The position may involve travel up to 25% of the time, necessitating strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of process/project management experience.
  • 2 or more years of leadership experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish without limitations or assistance.
  • Experience in Medicare.
