About the position

The Associate Director of Member Outreach and Engagement will lead a team focused on enhancing oral health outcomes through strategic member engagement initiatives. This role involves overseeing a team of outreach coordinators, ensuring effective execution of outreach strategies, and driving innovation in member engagement. The position is crucial for improving health outcomes for underserved populations and enhancing client satisfaction, positioning the organization as a leader in member engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of 10 outreach coordinators to execute comprehensive member outreach strategies
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive efficiencies in team processes and exceed outreach goals
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge
  • Establish robust monitoring and tracking systems to ensure outreach efforts meet client expectations and contractual requirements
  • Analyze member data to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations
  • Manage team schedules and resources against annual budget allocations
  • Lead client outreach meetings presenting program goals, objectives, and status updates with executive presence
  • Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to meet team goals and exceed client expectations
  • Cultivate a network of strategic partnerships to enhance outreach capabilities
  • Monitor, measure, and report key performance metrics of member outreach tactics
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to upper management and clients
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7 years of relevant experience in customer experience, member engagement, marketing, project management, or consulting
  • 3-5 years of experience managing teams of 10 people
  • Demonstrated success in strategic management planning and project execution
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics tracking

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in relevant field
  • Experience in healthcare or oral health industry
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar
