The Associate Director, Regional Marketing, is a senior in-market position within the US commercial organization that will focus on commercial KOL engagement to gain insights into regional opportunities and provide a bridge between regional markets and headquarters. This role will involve speaker development and refresher training for disease state (and product, when appropriate), and will support the execution of approved disease state education, promotional, and patient programs. The Regional Marketing team will collaborate with other field-based professionals, including but not limited to Regional Business Directors (RBDs), District Business Managers (DBMs), Market Access Account Executives, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), as well as home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. The position will report to the Director of Regional Marketing and be part of the US KarXT Marketing Team, covering the geography of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution. You will support the execution of approved Advisory Boards and assist in identifying Healthcare Professional (HCP) consultants based on profiles established by the approved Consultant Engagement Project Brief. Your responsibilities will include facilitating, participating in, and attending advisory boards, engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in assigned targeted accounts, and championing the brand and commercial strategy through meaningful engagement. You will also manage speaker programs, develop physician speakers, provide refresher training, and ensure compliant execution of these programs. Additionally, you will provide field-based training support for Sales and work with cross-functional teams to develop account plans and strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, business drivers, and corporate goals, as well as the ability to inform strategies and execute against plans under tight timelines. You will need to demonstrate effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a self-driven approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously. Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required, and there is a willingness to work evenings and select weekends.
