About the position
The Associate Director of Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Operations and Communications at the University of Denver is responsible for managing the Slate CRM system within the Enrollment Division. This role involves overseeing CRM operations and communications, executing strategic enrollment initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the effectiveness of the CRM platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of admission, marketing, and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the use of the Slate CRM system as the central point of contact.
- Ensure accurate data, control access, enhance processes, and map workflows within the CRM.
- Oversee email and text communications in Slate, including automated campaigns.
- Assist division leadership in planning communication goals related to Slate CRM.
- Oversee CRM training and manage Media Operations Ambassadors for CRM support.
- Collaborate with admission staff to maintain content consistency and update information as needed.
- Analyze CRM strategies of industry leaders and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of work experience in an admission office environment and CRM management.
- Prior experience with Slate CRM system.
- Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and marketing collaboration.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience with Banner and Parchment.
- Prior experience with Wrike or similar project management software.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau.
