About the position

The Associate Director of Creative Services will play a pivotal role in the Creative Services team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. This position is responsible for overseeing the production of various marketing materials, including print, digital, and web assets, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all platforms. The Associate Director will manage project timelines, collaborate with leadership, and lead creative development efforts to support the organization's marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support the production of print, digital, and web assets for marketing needs.
  • Provide project management oversight for the development of materials through art direction and creative design.
  • Develop, implement, create, strategize, engage, and execute all organizational design and production projects.
  • Ensure a consistent brand experience for all audiences through various media.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members on integrated marketing and communications activities.
  • Create design concepts for visual elements representing the organization, tailored to audience and project goals.
  • Lead all aspects of creative development for assigned projects, including editing and creating multimedia elements.
  • Manage artwork and direct freelance designers and photographers for special projects.
  • Present creative concepts to internal and external clients as needed.
  • Recommend ways to expand existing collateral and photo/video products to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an art-related field or a minimum of six years in graphic design, multimedia/digital/video design and development.
  • 2-4 years of experience with different types of multimedia (video/graphics/audio).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working on content development for print, video, web, and other multimedia solutions.
  • Creative and technical skills to effectively design content across multiple creative platforms.
  • Ability to provide quality assurance of all deliverables and maintain consistent brand identity across all media.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, on time and within budget.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to creative development.
  • Functional to advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition), front-end web design, motion graphics, and HTML5.
