About the position

The Associate Director of Marketing Access Marketing for Pulmonary Hypertension at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure product reimbursement and access for the Pulmonary Hypertension franchise. This role involves collaboration with various teams to align strategies, support account management, and lead market access initiatives, ultimately aiming to enhance the value proposition of the company's offerings in the healthcare market.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with in-line brand teams to align strategies and tactics with overall brand goals.
  • Support SAM teams with training and materials for effective access and reimbursement.
  • Build strong partnerships with brand partners and account teams.
  • Develop and align access goals with organizational partners for Pulmonary Hypertension brands.
  • Lead market access launch readiness strategies and reviews.
  • Create forums to collect and share customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Execute training plans for SAM payer and institutional account teams.
  • Support national meetings and training for the Strategic Account Management team.
  • Drive requirements across the Integrated Evidence Team to enhance data generation plans.
  • Synthesize various market information to formulate sustainable product access strategies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated strategy, marketing, innovation, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and ability to identify market trends.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
  • Interpersonal flexibility to interact with diverse personnel across levels and functions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Understanding of the U.S. Payer System and relevant government legislation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in market access, in-line brand, V&E, or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer and reimbursement market.
  • Prior experience in Pulmonary Hypertension or related therapeutic areas.
