About the position

At Lisinski Law Firm, we are expanding our team and looking for an Associate Director of Office Operations who will play a crucial role in overseeing all operations of the office. This includes managing both back-office and front-office operations, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will support the Intake and Client Success teams, ensuring that every client receives a red-carpet experience. This position is new to the firm, offering a unique opportunity to shape the role and make a significant impact on our operations and culture. The Associate Director will lead various functions, including client-facing and administrative teams, and will partner with the Intake Manager to analyze market needs, volume potential, pricing strategies, and promotional sales programs. This role involves overseeing a team of 10-20 General Managers who are responsible for business development, administration, client services, and reception. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing business plans that address revenue and expense controls across different offices, supporting client interactions, and resolving client concerns by collaborating with relevant departments. In addition to operational oversight, the Associate Director will nurture local grassroots relationships with businesses within a 10-mile radius, identifying advertising, sponsorship, and event opportunities. The role requires critical thinking in a fast-paced environment, as well as involvement in selecting, training, scheduling, and coaching new managers and team members. Responsibilities also include creating employee work schedules, managing office supplies, tracking goals, reporting results, and ensuring that all offices meet the firmwide standards for appearance and organization. Continuous training and development of the team will be essential to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations of the office, including back-office and front-office operations.

  • Ensure offices meet firmwide standards for appearance and organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or political science (5+ years of experience may substitute for a degree).
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Director-level role overseeing management teams and daily operations.
  • 7-10 years of experience leading and managing people in a multi-unit business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in a leadership position.
  • World-class client service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DropBox, and Case Management software.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Technical and operational background preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
