Responsibilities

• Manage an interdisciplinary team of professionals to achieve high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and monitor customer care plans.
• Oversee staff and independent contractors in the field.
• Monitor performance trends using quality assurance methods.
• Focus on customer relations to retain and grow the customer base.
• Implement innovations in service delivery.
• Support processes that improve service delivery and maximize efficiencies.
• Attend Management Team meetings regularly.
• Review and analyze activities, costs, and operations to monitor progress toward goals.
• Develop and monitor the department's budget.
• Recruit, assign, and train appropriate personnel.
• Establish standards for accountability and consistency of departmental functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 10 years of related experience in a service delivery environment.
• Master's degree (M.A.) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to build sustainable systems and processes to improve organizational performance.
