Responsibilities

  • Develop performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align business goals with customer insights and performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing strategists by providing coaching, support, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of performance marketing experience, focusing on paid advertising/paid media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience coaching team members.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Klayvio, Google Data Studio, and Ahrefs.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through performance marketing channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.

Nice-to-haves

  • E-commerce experience with platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Adobe, or Wix.
  • Lead generation/customer acquisition experience.
