About the position

The Associate Director of Strategic Operations and Analytics will play a pivotal role in guiding the delivery of effective services and strategic solutions within the Patient Support Services sector. This position requires a deep understanding of market access trends and dynamics in the healthcare marketplace. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge to inform patient services program strategy, design, implementation, and daily operations, providing subject matter expertise that is crucial for the success of the programs. In this role, the Associate Director will support strategic operations managers by utilizing data and field intelligence to aggregate issues and opportunities, ultimately identifying program solutions that align with client needs. The responsibilities include coaching and supporting the goals of the strategic operations and analytics team, ensuring that program management teams meet client program strategic priorities, goals, and metrics. The Associate Director will also be responsible for the effective execution and delivery of strategic operations, which includes developing and communicating data and CRM strategies to enhance field effectiveness. Additionally, the Associate Director will support the delivery of team impact analysis and program ROI, ensuring that programs meet performance expectations and service level agreements (SLAs). They will analyze program and market trends to proactively provide solutions to upcoming challenges, ensuring that the strategic vision of client programs is met. This role also involves identifying potential new opportunities and coordinating with management and business development teams to align on strategic initiatives. The Associate Director will play a key role in translating customer expectations and requirements to internal, cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring a seamless execution of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support the goals of the strategic operations and analytics team.
  • Provide consulting support to program management to ensure teams meet client program strategic priorities, goals, and metrics.
  • Support effective execution and delivery of strategic operations.
  • Support development and communication of data and CRM strategy to ensure optimal field effectiveness.
  • Support delivery of team impact analysis/program ROI and ensure program meets performance expectations/SLAs.
  • Support identification of new data-driven strategies/tactics to improve field efficiency and effectiveness and delivery of client goals.
  • Support analysis of program and market trends to proactively provide solutions to forthcoming program and brand challenges.
  • Provide consulting support to ensure teams meet client program strategic vision.
  • Support identification of potential new opportunities and coordinate with management and business development appropriately.
  • Support understanding of client objectives and scope of any proposed program enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
  • 2 years of patient services / market access experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience supporting patient services program in commercial strategy or analytics role
  • Knowledge of how to deploy technology to improve efficiencies and effectiveness, including business intelligence tools
  • Experience with business planning and market analysis, defining program metrics, team management, and analyzing data strategy.
