About the position

The Associate Director, Outcomes Research will focus on Women's Health, specifically in Preterm Labor, and will be responsible for conducting health economic modeling and outcomes research analyses. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement studies that generate real-world evidence, as well as developing models to support market access and pricing strategies. The position is fully remote within the US and reports to the Headquarters Therapeutic Area Director.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct health economic modeling and outcomes research analyses focusing on Women's Health Preterm Labor.
  • Design and conduct various types of outcomes research studies and develop real-world evidence.
  • Identify and define different types of outcomes research studies and pharmacoeconomic models.
  • Partner with CROs and scientific experts to develop predictive and cost-effectiveness models.
  • Engage with stakeholders for local adaptations of models and analyses.
  • Synthesize value messages to develop a value evidence strategy and communicate effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with market access teams to articulate product value propositions and co-develop market access strategies.
  • Assess the global HTA & reimbursement environment to demonstrate product value.
  • Promote policy development related to the company's products.
  • Identify models to support reimbursement submissions and define appropriate inputs/methods.
  • Leverage real-world evidence to address affordability issues.
  • Develop an understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscape to improve business and patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics, health economics, biostatistics, or a related quantitative field; PhD preferred.
  • 3-5 years of real-world data/health economic modeling expertise with a master's degree; 1-2 years with a PhD or other advanced degree.
