About the position

The Associate Director, Product Manager / Scrum Master role at UBS involves leading innovative IT process automation initiatives across various business functions. The position requires gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements, creating user stories, and facilitating communication between development teams and stakeholders. The role also emphasizes data governance and quality, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring successful implementation of new processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements to create user stories and functional specification documents.
• Perform gap analysis, data profiling, and data analysis.
• Create source to target mapping documents.
• Liaise between Development, QA team, and stakeholders.
• Assist business users with training on newly built processes and websites.
• Work closely with the Data Governance team to identify authoritative sources and resolve data quality issues.
• Support UAT, SIT, and implementation production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in the job offered or as a Lead Business Analyst, Senior Consultant, Technical Analyst, or a related occupation.
• Experience with financial instruments and methods.
• Experience in big data analysis and data modeling.
• Experience in software development and Agile techniques.
• Experience in sprint management, UAT, and SIT.
• Proficiency in Postgres and SQL Service Databases.
