About the position

The Associate Director, Product Marketing Manager at CreditSights is a senior marketing role focused on establishing and leading the product marketing function. This position requires a strategic and visionary individual who can develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. The role emphasizes customer positioning, market differentiation, and collaboration across various teams to drive product success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and define the product marketing roadmap.
  • Develop and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for CreditSights' products.
  • Understand consumers' needs and behaviors to ensure product positioning aligns with market trends and consumer demands.
  • Develop product messaging that maximizes the strengths of every marketing and communication channel to raise product awareness and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, including go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Ensure continuous market growth and transition from awareness to adoption in new market segments post-launch.
  • Develop sales tools and resources, including product presentations, brochures, and sales training materials.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the information and resources needed to sell products effectively.
  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote products and build brand awareness.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Track and analyze the performance of product marketing activities and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related area of study
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing role
  • Experience in product marketing or a similar role
  • Experience in financial services/credit markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
