About the position

The Associate Director of Product Marketing at CreditSights, a Fitch Solutions Company, is a senior marketing role focused on establishing and leading the product marketing function. This position requires a strategic individual with a deep understanding of product marketing strategies to drive product success, create and implement marketing processes, and enhance customer positioning and market differentiation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and define the product marketing roadmap.
  • Develop and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for CreditSights' products.
  • Understand consumers' needs and behaviors to ensure product positioning aligns with market trends and consumer demands.
  • Develop product messaging that maximizes the strengths of every marketing and communication channel to raise product awareness and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, including go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Ensure continuous market growth and transition from awareness to adoption in new market segments post-launch.
  • Develop sales tools and resources, including product presentations, brochures, and sales training materials.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the information and resources needed to sell products effectively.
  • Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote products and build brand awareness.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including articles, blogs, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Track and analyze the performance of product marketing activities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on product marketing progress and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related area of study
  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing role
  • Experience in product marketing or a similar role; experience in financial services/credit markets is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
