About the position

The Product Specialist ('PS') Team creates, updates and disseminates information, messaging and materials for investor communications initiatives and assists Marketing in developing information, messaging and communications materials for other audiences. The Team works with Firm leadership, the other Investor Partners Group ('IPG') Teams, Direct Lending and Broadly Syndicated Loans, Credit Opportunities, Fund Accounting and Compliance to create and disseminate information that is timely, accurate, on-brand and on-message. In addition, the Team assists Business Development in technical discussions with potential and current investors. The Team also frequently develops and / or presents content for investor-oriented presentations, panels and speaking opportunities. This individual will contribute to IPG's fundraising success by supporting a scalable and forward-thinking investor diligence process.

Responsibilities

  • Acting in a player / coach capacity by responding to RFPs, DDQs and other internal and external communications
  • Reviewing and providing quality control for junior team members' deliverables
  • Ensuring high-quality and accurate investor responses and providing data and materials as needed
  • Managing the team's content management system (Responsive) and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of its materials
  • Updating and managing the diligence materials library on a recurring basis and develop compelling, client-friendly materials that distinguish the Firm from the competition
  • Becoming an expert on Golub Capital products and develop a deep understanding of sponsor finance and private credit
  • Overseeing offshore resources and ensuring service-level agreements are consistently met
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders within IPG and functions across the Firm
  • Optimizing existing processes for completing requests and gathering data
  • Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in financial services managing and supporting RFP / DDQ processes, client deliverables and / or investor-related projects
  • Experience with Responsive is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of fixed income and investment vehicles, including BDCs and private funds
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing a high volume of time-sensitive requests
  • Meticulous attention to detail in written documents, presentations and data analyses
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a leadership / team lead capacity
  • Abide by our work-in-office policies then in effect

Benefits

  • Base salary range for this position will be $230,000 to $280,000
  • Total compensation package may include other elements and discretionary awards
