Razorfish is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management to lead a dynamic team focused on crafting social media content solutions for a high-profile client. This role is designed to break traditional agency norms, allowing for a more integrated and hands-on approach to client engagement. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of the client, working closely with a bespoke agency team dedicated to managing the organic social media handles for a multi-brand client. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage high-volume content execution while collaborating with both client and agency teams to enhance the social media experience and grow the client’s follower base across multiple high-visibility branded accounts. In this role, you will oversee production management, ensuring that all travel and prop estimates adhere to agency and client expense policies. You will track financials and provide monthly updates to inform the client’s budget. Additionally, you will facilitate workflow into the editorial studio, assist creators with equipment checkouts, and ensure that low-fidelity content capture best practices are followed. As a liaison between the social team and marketing stakeholders, you will ensure cohesive strategies and integrated campaigns, reporting directly to the Razorfish Group Executive Producer. Project management will be a key focus, as you will be responsible for uploading published video clips, meeting project deadlines, and managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. You will also ensure that all relevant documents and creative assets are organized and easily accessible. Effective communication will be essential, as you will take notes in meetings, assign tasks, and monitor their completion. Establishing processes and maintaining organization within the team will be critical to your success. You will coordinate asset trafficking to secure approvals from various client stakeholders and foster collaboration among editorial teams.
