About the position

The Associate Director Regional Marketing for Prostate in the Mid Atlantic and Tennessee Valley is responsible for engaging and developing Oncology Thought Leaders (TLs), generating insights for strategic decision-making, executing regional meetings, and delivering programs to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for Bayer Oncology's Prostate Cancer Portfolio. This role aims to achieve both near-term Squad objectives and long-term brand results, covering a territory that includes Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, and Mississippi, with travel requirements of up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop relationships with Oncology Thought Leaders (TLs) in the field of prostate cancer.
• Coordinate and execute plans for company presence at regional and national prostate conferences.
• Lead marketing initiatives including peer-to-peer (P2P) execution and speaker bureau engagement.
• Localize marketing initiatives and programs, tailoring brand materials to local needs.
• Generate insights and coordinate customer intelligence sharing with internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 5-7 years' experience in the pharma/biotech industry with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of sales and project management success.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
