About the position

The Associate Director of Regional Marketing for Prostate at Bayer is responsible for engaging and developing Oncology Thought Leaders (TLs) and executing marketing strategies for the Prostate Cancer Portfolio. This role involves significant customer engagement, insight generation, and program delivery to healthcare professionals across a defined territory, with a focus on achieving both short-term and long-term brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop relationships with Oncology Thought Leaders (TLs) in the field of prostate cancer.
• Coordinate and execute plans for company presence at regional and national prostate conferences.
• Lead marketing initiatives including speaker bureau engagement and localize marketing programs.
• Generate insights and coordinate customer intelligence with internal partners to support brand strategy.
• Lead advisory boards and share insights with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years of experience in oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record in strategic business development and project management.
• Strong relationship-building skills with key customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in sales training, sales management, or market access.
