Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key leaders and operations teams to manage financial goals within the BMS Research organization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for actual results, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and identify drivers of performance.
• Interact regularly with senior Research leaders and participate in their respective divisions' Leadership Teams.
• Manage financial aspects of diverse units across drug discovery, pre-clinical, and clinical stages.
