About the position

The Associate Director of Samples and Voucher Operations at Organon is responsible for overseeing the operational management and distribution of samples and voucher programs in the U.S. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness of these programs while aligning with company policies and external regulations. The position requires strategic development and implementation to enhance operational processes and manage relationships with third-party logistics partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the relationship with our samples/voucher 3rd party responsible for logistics and distribution.
  • Transition current programs and inventory to new 3rd party partner(s).
  • Utilize critical thinking to evolve and create efficiencies in current processes.
  • Leverage innovation with 3rd party partners or industry learnings to improve operations.
  • Update and maintain SOPs and related documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, market access, compliance, and legal to align strategies with business goals.
  • Resolve field or vendor issues related to samples and voucher programs promptly.
  • Partner with brands to align on sample/voucher allocations and ensure accurate system entries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding tracking and reporting of samples and vouchers.
  • Complete required monthly and annual reporting.
  • Manage budget for samples and voucher operations, including SOW alignment and PO management.
  • Support the creation of training materials and execution of training for new programs and sales representatives.
  • Manage contractors supporting the business.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in working with sample and voucher programs or operations (not mandatory)
  • Ability to leverage data to create efficiencies and champion change
  • Experience in an industry with compliance regulations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a start-up mentality
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
