About the position

The Technical Product Analyst (TPA) plays a crucial role in the Command Center initiative, which aims to enhance the supply chain's digital capabilities. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions, including machine learning and process automation, to improve operational efficiency and product flow. The TPA will serve as a subject matter expert, guiding the development of advanced capabilities and ensuring alignment with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical capabilities involving Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Process Automation.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define use cases for advanced capabilities.
• Develop business cases to support feature/functionality concepts and obtain stakeholder support.
• Identify interdependencies and document requirements for robust product delivery.
• Manage the backlog and guide the SteadyState team in delivering requirements.
• Establish a 3-6-9-15 month delivery plan based on capability gaps.
• Manage project budgets and develop budgetary estimates.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivering IT services and solutions with an emphasis on innovation.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Projects and/or Deployment experience.
• Experience using agile methods for experimental/Proof Of Concept (POC) stages and Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate across cultures and organizational levels.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to align business strategy with IT capabilities and develop execution roadmaps.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, distribution, logistics, and commercial operations.
