About the position

The Associate Director, US Marketing for Hematology at Genmab is responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies for EPKINLY, the company's first asset in hematology. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with various teams, including cross-functional and Alliance partners, to ensure successful brand execution and alignment with organizational goals. The position demands strategic thinking, oncology/hematology experience, and a proven track record in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and shape key strategies and tactics for the brand vision set by Genmab leadership.
  • Integrate promotional strategies into the overall product brand plan.
  • Manage detailed tactical plans and develop content to drive brand and launch readiness goals.
  • Partner across Brand and Digital Marketing to implement brand campaigns and messaging.
  • Translate data into insight-driven decision-making and actionable strategies.
  • Lead through external agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance results.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide strategic direction for the sales force.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables aligned to brand goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience, including US in-line marketing experience.
  • People management experience is highly preferred.
  • Oncology/hematology marketing experience is highly preferred.
  • Accelerated approval experience is highly preferred.
  • Prior joint venture/co-promote/co-marketing alliance experience preferred.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven track record of brand performance with measurable impact.
  • Experience in driving strong sales force engagement and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in a complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization is preferred.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and proactive approach.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $144,375.00 to $240,625.00 based on skills and experience.
