The role involves building the Investment Services (IS) business to achieve a leadership position in the region. The candidate will drive the Investments business through segment/channel teams, constantly update them on market conditions and house views, and coach Relationship Managers (RMs) on various investment products and processes. Responsibilities also include periodic reviews of product performance, providing inputs to customers and RMs on products and transactions, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders. The candidate will ensure that customers view IS as a value proposition and manage product providers at a local level. The position requires maximizing business performance opportunities and Assets Under Management (AUM), optimizing the sales model, and suggesting innovative products to the product team based on market/customer insights. Adherence to sales and operational processes is crucial, along with ensuring acceptance among all stakeholders and integrating into the Premium Segment setup in allocated branches. Ethical responsibilities include acting with integrity and honesty in all dealings, maintaining professional competence, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The candidate will also be responsible for leading and embedding the highest standards of ethics across the organization.
