About the position

The Associate Enablement Manager at Ivanti plays a crucial role in educating and empowering the sales and partner networks with the company's unique value propositions and end-to-end solutions. This position involves ensuring alignment within the Global Enablement team when rolling out new initiatives, effectively communicating updates and changes to the target audience, and acting as the first point of contact for sales inquiries related to enablement. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines, as well as the ability to create and oversee communication strategies and content development.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and empower sales and partner networks with Ivanti's value propositions and solutions.
  • Ensure alignment within the Global Enablement team for new initiatives.
  • Communicate GTM updates, process changes, and global initiatives to the target audience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for sales and sales leadership regarding enablement questions and requests.
  • Support global projects to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Define communication strategies for target audiences through regular and ad-hoc messaging.
  • Oversee communications from the enablement team to the field and key stakeholders.
  • Advise on best delivery methods for content and support in content creation.
  • Monitor and manage the shared Enablement inbox and respond to requests.
  • Advise on the Sales Events calendar to avoid overwhelming target audiences.
  • Support content creation to ensure alignment with brand and coherence.
  • Analyze content usage and engagement for reporting purposes.
  • Provide monthly updates on performance and engagement of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or a customer-facing role.
  • Skilled in presenting information effectively to stakeholders, both in written and verbal forms.
  • Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a bonus.
