About the position

Clear Street is seeking an equity research associate to join its dynamic equity research team, focusing on mid- and small-cap industrial and energy companies. The role involves collaborating with a senior analyst to cover stocks in renewable energy, clean technologies, energy efficiency, and other related sectors, while also writing equity research publications and maintaining financial models.

Responsibilities

• Covering stocks involved in renewable energy, clean technologies, energy efficiency, alternative fuels and materials, electrification beneficiaries, power grid improvement infrastructure, conventional energy, and industrial end markets.
• Writing equity research publications.
• Maintaining financial models.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of fundamental equity research experience including financial statements analysis experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and investment theses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
• FINRA SIE, Series 63, Series 86, and Series 87 exams.
