Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the health center, assisted living, and dining venues, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with department leaders and HR to hire, train, and develop a competent care team.
• Review community procedures and support quality assurance efforts while overseeing budget planning.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, addressing grievances and protecting resident rights.
• Engage in strategic planning with the Executive Director to implement growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in Iowa.
• Deep knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement processes, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
