This position requires collaboration with both internal and external partners to conduct thorough root cause evaluations and implement corrective actions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining critical projects within Vermeer’s business systems, focusing on driving serviceability and quality improvements in our products. Your role will also involve maximizing the use of applications and tools, identifying opportunities for more effective technology use, and providing valuable feedback to partners. As you actively learn about the business unit's markets, you will help dealers and customers make informed business decisions based on key insights. Additionally, you will analyze data trends and communicate findings effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Establishing and implementing metrics around quality and reliability will be crucial for driving positive business results. This position is hybrid, allowing for some flexibility in work location, and occasional travel is expected.
