About the position

The Associate Finance Analyst position at Adecco involves managing trade-related deductions and claims, playing a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the deduction process. This is a 12-month contract role based in Solon, Ohio, offering a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and two days remote.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and resolve exceptions related to trade deductions and claims.
• Drive change within the customer base to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the deduction process.
• Work closely with sales, sales finance, and other teams to promote alignment and achieve results.
• Utilize data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead projects and initiatives to enhance the deduction process.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team regarding deduction processes and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in accounting, finance, or sales trade analysis.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
