The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with clients and providing personalized investment solutions, all while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering information and collecting suitability to understand clients' needs, priorities, and concerns.
  • Meeting with clients regularly to track progress toward goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Partnering with clients' professional teams, such as attorneys and accountants, to understand their goals.
  • Researching portfolio performance and making recommendations to clients based on findings.
  • Collaborating with the Financial Advisor and branch team to align and adjust the branch business plan.
  • Cultivating relationships with local organizations and businesses to maintain community presence and obtain referrals.
  • Coordinating with the Financial Advisor to assist in creating new clients through various sourcing strategies.
  • Continually developing personal and professional skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required, with the possibility of obtaining registrations during the assigned study period.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred.
  • FINRA licenses required within three months of employment.
  • State insurance licenses required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
