About the position

The Associate Financial Analyst role at Molson Coors Brewing Company is part of the Finance Development Program (FDP), a three-year commitment that involves rotating through various finance departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business. This position is designed for recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, offering opportunities in areas such as Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Operations Finance. The role is based in either Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or Chicago, Illinois, with a start date in June 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain information from customers and business partners to draw conclusions about business processes, take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives, and make recommendations to management.
  • Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information.
  • Use financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to provide practical counsel to business unit partners and to help drive business results.
  • Review, evaluate, and prioritize tasks/project assignments and communicate key issues to management.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial software (SAP, Nielsen, Margin Minder preferred).
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of business priorities.
  • Diplomatic and professional with great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent relationships within the business.
