About the position

The Associate Financial Operations Analyst role at SS&C involves processing trade and asset resolution using the SS&C Sales Connect system. This position requires complex thinking and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role also includes mandatory overtime on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Process trade and asset resolution on the SS&C Sales Connect system.
• Develop, interpret, and apply advanced knowledge of mutual funds and alternative products.
• Support operations by performing multidisciplinary, complex, and unpredictable work.
• Improve operations by solving problems and creating better controls and processes.
• Navigate and work horizontally across the organization to understand interdependencies.
• Demonstrate acquired knowledge and skills to resolve or recommend solutions for various tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school degree with 2 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
