About the position

The Associate Financial Operations Analyst role at SS&C involves processing trade and asset resolution using the SS&C Sales Connect system. This position is fast-paced and requires complex thinking, independent work, and the ability to handle mandatory overtime. The role is designed for entry-level professionals who will assist on projects and perform tasks that require independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Process trade and asset resolution on the SS&C Sales Connect system.
• Develop, interpret, and apply advanced knowledge of mutual funds and alternative products.
• Support operations to perform multidisciplinary, complex, and unpredictable work.
• Improve operations by solving problems and generating ideas for better controls and processes.
• Train and mentor employees while sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Navigate and work horizontally across the organization to understand interrelationships among different areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
