About the position

Easterseals New Hampshire is seeking a passionate and energetic Associate Float Teacher to join our team in providing high-quality, integrated child development services to children of all abilities. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in our Early Childhood Centers of Excellence, which are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). As an Associate Float Teacher, you will play a vital role in assisting lead teachers with the development and implementation of curriculum, supervising children across multiple classrooms of varying ages, and engaging with families to foster a supportive learning environment. In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering the best care and services possible to the children and families we serve. Your responsibilities will include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their safety and well-being, and supporting their developmental needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of children and are committed to promoting inclusive practices in early childhood education. The Associate Float Teacher position requires a minimum of nine Early Childhood Education credits, including three credits in child growth and development. Prior experience working with young children is also essential. The role is part-time, with hours ranging from 12:15 PM to 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 20-25 hours per week. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements
