About the position

Easterseals New Hampshire is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Associate Float Teacher to join our team in providing high-quality, integrated child development services to children of all abilities. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in our accredited Early Childhood Centers of Excellence, where we are committed to changing the way the world defines and views disability. As an Associate Float Teacher, you will play a vital role in assisting lead teachers with the development and implementation of curriculum, supervising children across multiple classrooms of varying ages, and engaging with families to foster a supportive learning environment. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere for children, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best care and services possible, making a profound and positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve. This position requires a minimum of nine Early Childhood Education credits, including three credits in child growth and development, along with prior experience working with young children. The Associate Float Teacher position is part-time, requiring 20-25 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 12:15 PM to 5:15 PM. Compensation for this role ranges from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on qualifications, related experience, and education. Responsibilities
