The Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis is seeking a qualified individual for a faculty position within the Division of Imaging Sciences. This is a research track position, and the rank will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will hold a PhD degree in Chemistry and possess experience in PET Radiochemistry and NIH grants. In this role, the individual will collaborate with faculty members from both the school and department to facilitate the development and routine delivery of novel radiopharmaceuticals, as well as PET and MR imaging techniques for both pre-clinical and human imaging applications. Responsibilities will include the development of scientific methods, supporting currently funded NIH awards, and generating scientific publications that describe the results of the associated research. The candidate is expected to integrate closely with faculty across all sections of the department and throughout the school. They will have access to all research resources within the department and will be expected to contribute to the overall programmatic goals for the research programs maintained by the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences.
