Under the general direction of the Program Manager II, the AGPA performs program analysis and administration, tracks ongoing Disaster Logistics missions, prepares, and tracks ongoing budgets, processes procurements and contracts, manages electronic databases, develops policies, procedures, and operational desk manuals. The AGPA will also manage ongoing projects and use project management tools in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform program analysis and administration.
  • Track ongoing Disaster Logistics missions.
  • Prepare and track ongoing budgets.
  • Process procurements and contracts.
  • Manage electronic databases.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and operational desk manuals.
  • Manage ongoing projects using project management tools.

Requirements

  • Valid California Driver's License (CDL).
  • Experience in Disaster Logistics.
  • Ability to interpret applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to analyze situations accurately and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively.
  • Ability to develop creative and effective solutions to issues.
  • Excellent computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with change management.
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
