About the position

In this role, you will help to create in-house designs for apparel graphics in collaboration with cross-functional product development teams. Your focus will be on producing mechanical art and complex graphic designs, ensuring that the graphics align with seasonal concepts and meet the brand aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Research global markets to identify new seasonal trends, techniques, and competitive inspiration.
  • Develop concepts and sketches for product line and advocate for design ideas by presenting to internal leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop strong internal cross-functional relationships.
  • Communicate difficult concepts in a simple manner.
  • Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Strong creative sense with artistic abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of graphics production (e.g., silk screen color separation; camera ready art, heat transfers, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional related software.
