About the position

The Associate Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital creative solutions that align with Lands' End's brand strategy. This position focuses on enhancing the brand identity across various marketing channels, primarily digital, while also incorporating print and social media elements.

Responsibilities

• Create digital experiences for profitable sales growth and position Business.Landsend.com as a leader in the industry.
• Support Creative leaders in maintaining an on-brand online presence.
• Research competitor digital designs and stay current with retail selling trends.
• Collaborate with copywriters, production specialists, and other art directors in a team environment to enhance digital experiences.
• Assist in planning and organizing photography, both on-figure and off-figure.
• Design additional omni-channel creative as needed under the direction of Creative leaders, including social and print assets.
• Partner with Marketing and Merchandising teams to support business via digital sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience preferred.
• Ability to take direction and complete designs that align with Creative leader's visions.
• Understanding of the brand and ability to articulate the brand message through design solutions.
• Experience or active interest in graphic design, with a retail background being a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to day-to-day changes.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop.
• Strategic thinker and detail-oriented.
