About the position

The Associate Health Safety and Sustainability Advisor at Ivanti is responsible for supporting the company's sustainability initiatives and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. This interim role involves reviewing greenhouse gas footprints, assessing suppliers, and drafting global policies related to corporate social responsibility, human rights, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The position emphasizes effective communication and collaboration to promote a sustainable and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Mexico file for greenhouse gas foot printing for 2024
• Reviewing Suppliers in Greenly for assessment
• Carrying out CSRD Fundamentals training
• Drafting Global Policies including CSR policy, Anti-Slavery, Human Rights policy, and DEI Policy
• Reviewing Tree planning in relation to UN topics
• Adding new suppliers in Greenly
• Reviewing suppliers via Eco Vadis
• Reviewing license versus subscription and applying appetite ratios for greenhouse gas foot printing.

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills, particularly in Excel
• Basic knowledge of global environmental concerns.
