As an Associate Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring software solutions based on specific business needs. This includes developing and executing unit test plans, supporting customer testing, and assisting in the deployment of new capabilities, upgrades, and fixes to the production environment. You will also provide production support assistance and participate in release management activities, validating deployments and conducting root cause analyses for defects and incidents. Effective communication and collaboration with other engineers are essential, as you will be expected to share knowledge and maintain security in accordance with Bank policies. This role is ideal for organized self-starters with strong communication skills who can work independently while building relationships and driving technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in an Agile development environment by attending daily standups and sprint planning activities
  • Designs/Develops/Configures software solutions based on business requirements using approved languages and frameworks
  • Develops, executes and documents unit test plans and supports customer testing
  • Assists in the deployment of new capabilities, upgrades and fixes to the production environment
  • Provides production support assistance
  • Supports integration service release management activities, validates deployments
  • Participates in defect and incident root cause analyses
  • Provides active and constructive communication with other engineers to gather and share knowledge throughout the team
  • Maintains security in accordance with Bank security policies

Requirements

  • Technical Education/Degree: Associate in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or another related field
  • Highly motivated and technically curious
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus

Nice-to-haves
