As an Integration & Test Engineer, you will be part of a team that delivers end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs across various domains including space, air, land, sea, and cyber. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, and the ability to solve complex problems strategically. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The position is based in Fort Wayne, IN, and requires on-site presence. Additionally, many positions at L3Harris require the ability to obtain a security clearance, which is only granted to U.S. citizens. Applicants accepting a conditional offer may be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures for integration and testing of systems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of hardware and software systems.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback for product improvements and quality assurance.
  • Document test processes and results, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture and design considerations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with testing and integration processes in engineering.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with software and hardware integration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with defense or aerospace technologies.
